“Marjan was absolutely key to the recovery of the harmony of our home! She was so kind, non-judgemental, caring and thoughtful. A lot of people who work a lot with or know a lot about animals seem to actively dislike people, which is fair enough, but her role as an interpreter between humans and cats does require a lot of human empathy, which she has!
She spotted the problem right away and her diagnosis and plan made perfect sense. It would never have crossed my mind that that was the problem and we were quite right to seek her out as soon as we did. Although we were going to neuter Iris anyway, we may have delayed it and Mo may have wandered again before we had time to have it done.
