Marjan’s visit and recommendations have been transformative for our family.

Yorick has been happily spending time coming and going in and out of doors every day since we saw her and the inappropriate elimination, grumpiness and excessive miaowing all seemed to abate within days!  We can use our garden now without Yorick meowing his head off at us the whole time… 

We’ve implemented several of her recommendations, although we’ve needed to balance costs, so haven’t done all but the difference in Yorick’s demeanour is already huge.

I’d say by far the most significant thing was to stand with Marjan outside in our garden while Yorick first padded around the gardens – it helped us understand that there will be shrieking and hissing at times as he negotiates his territory, and not to panic when we hear it.  He seems to be holding his own out the back with the other animals – and is enjoying his freedom immensely.

I can genuinely say that Marjan’s help has been life changing for us.
